PETS. Tenant shall not keep any pets on the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenant to keep pets, an additional security deposit of $ will be required by the Landlord to keep in trust for potential damage to the Property caused by Tenant’s pets.

PETS. Tenant shall not allow pets on the premises.PETS. No pets are allowed on premises without written consent of the owner. Landlord charges a $250 non- refundable pet deposit for tenants approved for pets. There will be a $250 fine for any pets that are on the premises without landlord permission, even on the first offense. This includes pets that are just “visiting” or being temporarily cared for by Tenant. The unauthorized presence of any pet will subject Tenant to penalties, damages, deductions and/or termination of this Agreement. Properly trained service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities may be permitted on the Premises with the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant will be responsible for the costs of defleaing, deodorizing and/or shampooing all or any portion of the Premises if a pet has been on the Premises at any time during the Term (whether with or without written consent of Landlord). If Tenant does keep an authorized pet on the Premises, Tenant will pay to Landlord a pet deposit in the amount of $ .
PETS. The permission of Motel One is required to bring a pet. The guest is obliged to notify the hotel in advance if they wish to bring a pet. If Motel One agrees to the Guest bringing a pet, agreement is granted on condition that the pet is under the constant supervision of the Guest, is free of disease and does not represent any other risk to the hotel guests or hotel staff. It is not permitted to bring the animal to breakfast or to the bar of the hotel. A fee of EUR 15.00 per night is payable for the animal. However, this does not apply to guide dogs for the blind or deaf and other comparable service dogs. These may be brought without charge and accompany the Guest at any time.
